Proyecto Diaz Coffee is a coffee roasting company on a mission. Their mission is to help rebuild and revitalize both farms and legacies. They do this by donating 10% of their profits back to their project farm EL CARMEN or supporting their coffee partners and other coffee communities. Additionally they source various of their coffee directly from producers and  from co-ops or small lot producers always ensuring quality and sustainability. 

 

Proyecto Diaz Coffee is a company rooted in coffee. The Diaz family has been growing coffee in Oaxaca, Mexico for over 100 years and are now also continuing the legacy via roasting. They're committed to keeping not just their legacy alive but the legacy of other small lot producers as well. 

 

The company is a true family affair. Fernando Diaz (founder) and Hannah-Love Diaz (co-owner) run the day to day operations, ensuring everyone stays caffeinated. Genaro Diaz (founder's dad) is the head roaster while his own father Juan Diaz (founder's grandfather) is one of the company's exclusive coffee producers via his farm EL CARMEN.
